We are located 30 Miles North/East of
Sacramento, California, USA, off Interstate 80.
Between
San Francisco, California & Reno, Nevada

• From Sacramento
  • Take Hwy 80 to Newcastle Exit.
  • Turn Left and go over the Freeway.
  • Follow the road as it veers to the right, (Around the post Office) then turn Right on Main Street.
  • At the "V" in the road, veer Right on Cypress Street.
  • At the top of the hill by Newcastle Produce veer to the Left.
  • As you come around this corner, on the right you will see a series of Mini Storage Warehouse units with White Roll-up doors in a Red Rust Color Building with Dark Green Trim.
  • Our door is in the middle of these units and is the lower door.
  • Our door is White and has our Gym Logo on it that says RINGSIDE GYM.

• From Auburn
  • Take Hwy 80 to Newcastle exit.
  • Turn Right.
  • Follow the road as it veers to the right, (Around the post Office) then turn Right on Main Street.
